Well taken care of and always stored in closet. Now Sport Chalet is saying they will not repair under warranty because I can't find the rec't. Nevermind the fact that they just took it in 3 months ago (I misplaced the rec't after providing it to them for that repair). I am so frustrated with the Balance and Sport Chalet...
